RMS repairs medical endoscopes from the manufacturers Olympus, Pentax and Fujinon as well as the required accessories.

RMS ensures that defective endoscopes are collected from customers all over Germany by DHL Express on the same day the damage is reported (except for small items that can be posted). Return is also via DHL Express.

RMS customers have a hotline to our technicians when reporting defects and making service queries. They just call direct when they need answers to technical problems.

RMS only produces its video endoscopes and video processors within Germany. This is the only way to comply with the stringent quality and safety standards.
