RMS repairs medical endoscopes from all established manufacturers (Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon) as well as ancillary endoscopic equipment, including light sources, suction pumps, biopsy forceps, snares etc.
Costs of RMS service
RMS makes no charge for fault diagnosis or the repair estimate itself. The customer only has to contribute towards the cost of shipment.
Repair of instruments
RMS also repairs small items such as biopsy forceps, snares etc. where economically viable.
Customer advice
RMS can advise customers about economical usage of their equipment and provide analyses and expert reports on request.
